Southeastern Europe

Welcome to All About Southeastern Europe, if you are looking forward to know more about this highly interesting part of the globe, keep on reading.
Physically, Southeastern Europe is made of countries that are located exactly in the Ballkans peninsula; Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Macedonia, and Montenegro, then you have countries that are not fully inside the physical area; Croatia (half of the territory) Serbia (two t
hirds), Slovenia (one third). Outside of it remain Turkey and Romania. Or you can just take a look at the map below:


A lot of cultures in one place, each one having their unique history, language and culture. From Croatian coast, to Greek food to Ballkan wars, all the way to 500 year old Albanian castles, city-museums etc southeastern Europe greatness unfolds its mysterious character before you.
